What we eat is so much a part of how healthy we are, how we can prevent illness and how we can treat it. It is the foundation of all healing. At Orange Blossom Healing we're big on food.
When we talk about real food, we're referring to food that is in its natural state, as nature intended. Our bodies aren't built to break down heavily processed, unnatural food and the more of that we eat, the bigger the toll on our health.
Of course there is a plethora of colours in the real food spectrum, nature truly does love to show off! Our Eat Green philosophy comes from a desire to keep things simple.
