Eat Green reminds us that it is nature's food that keeps us healthy, not man-made or processed food. All the colours of nature's rainbow should be a part of a healthy diet and nature's green foods provide the most nutrient density.
Act Kind reminds us that we have to prioritise self-care and act kindly towards ourselves first and foremost. Studies show that treating others kindly also promotes better health.
Think Happy is about having the right mindset for healing and good health. Expectations and mindset really matter.
